Receptionist cum Admin

Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  2. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, understand visitor requests in detailed, and delegated to respective departments to handle.
  3. Maintains safe, clean & presentable reception area.
  4. Maintain the e-filing system (scanning documents and save into the system and data entry).
  5. Other office administration duties required from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM and above qualification.
  2. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Malay.
  3. Proficient in use of computer and major Microsoft office software.
  4. Presentable personality.
  5. No criminal or fraud litigation record.
  6. Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing task arrangements

Content Writer

Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1.  Handle interview and writing assignments
  2. Participate in video shooting and planning
  3. Participate in website and social media platform content development
  4. Able to handle mutliple projects at the same time

Requirements:

  1. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  2. Possess work experience is preferred
  3. Good news sense
  4. Good writing skills, interview skills and familiar with content planning
  5. Good communication, interpretation, and observation skills
  6. Responsibility and careful review of news and information before release

Welfare Coordinator (Penang)

Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Conducting interviews/questionnaire, either via phone calls or site visits, with individual help-seekers or their families to assess and review their situation.
  2. Assist in administrative affairs, such as sorting out and collecting information on help-seekers and writing up assessments / reports.
  3. Be involved in promoting charity activities.
  4. Participating in writing up scripts and so on.

Requirements:

  1. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  2. Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification
  3. No criminal or fraud litigation record.
  4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, stand to hard work, positive and optimistic.
  5. Possesses caring, patient, and good listener.
  6. Willing to travel for patient interviews or visits (with driving license and own transport).
  7. Comfortable with multi-tasking and emergency tasks, assignments, or activities.
  8. Preferably with experience in the field of public welfare or similar, however, we are welcome newbie as well.
  9. Possesses high ability in communication, coordination and expression, including both verbal and written.
  10. Team player is a must.
  11. Proficient in use of computer and major Microsoft office software.
