Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, understand visitor requests in detailed, and delegated to respective departments to handle.
- Maintains safe, clean & presentable reception area.
- Maintain the e-filing system (scanning documents and save into the system and data entry).
- Other office administration duties required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above qualification.
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Malay.
- Proficient in use of computer and major Microsoft office software.
- Presentable personality.
- No criminal or fraud litigation record.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing task arrangements
