Today, we have 4 kids asking for help. 3 of them dignosed with Congenital Heart Disease and 1 of them having Brain Hemorrhage. All of them either required to undergo necessary surgery or drug treatments to save their life. The total fundraising for these 4 kids are RM 223,250. We wish all the kind hearted public can lend out your hand to save these little life.

?Patient 1?
Name: Muhammad Adeeb (born on 12th April 2017)
Diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and weakened lung issue
Treatment: Palivizumab injection
Fundraising Amount: RM 18,250

Baby Adeeb?s body turned purple while born, his heart?s arteries found become hardened and narrowed and having small holes in his heart.

He had undergone a balloon angioplasty surgery at Penang General Hospital during 2 months old and discharged from Seberang Jaya General Hospital last week after4 month?s admission.

Baby Adeeb required a Palivizumab injection on monthly basis due to his weakened lung issue which may made him explore to the risk of getting virus infection. His situation required for 5 injections and each jet cost RM 3,650. This antibiotic treatment will be having in General Hospital and the family is required to pay for the total vaccine fees which is RM 18,250. He is also required to undergo the 2nd heart surgery when he is 7years old.

Baby Adeeb who came from Mengkung Bukit Mertajam is the only son of the family. His dad Shahrul Azrin (29years old) is a security guard with monthly income of RM1,500. His mom Nurkartini (26years old) is a housewife.

Name: Marsha Afiyah (born on 16th Nov 2011)
Diagnosed with Cyanotic Heart Disease
Treatment: Heart Fontan Procedure
Fundraising Amount: RM 70,000

Baby Afiyah found to have heart defect during his mum?s 5 month?s pregnancy. She gave birth at Penang General Hospital and found to have single ventricles defects and required for 3 times heart surgery.

She had underwent a Blalock-Taussig Shunt procedure during 6 months old at private specialist. Her family had paid for the RM 25,000 surgery fees.

While she was 2years old, she had sent for Glenn Shunt procedure which used to improve her cardiac functions. The family had also self-paid for the RM 45,000 surgery fees.
The family had spent all their saving during passed 2 surgeries. They cannot afford to pay for the 3rd heart Fontan Procedure which cost RM 70,000. This surgery required to undergo during November as the oxygen level of Baby Afiyah is dropping down currently.

Baby Afiyah who came from Kepala Batas has 2 siblings, a 7years old elder sister and 4 years old brother. Her father Mohd Asmin (42yers old) work as an insurance agent with monthly income RM 2,000. Her mother Osmazura (42years old) work at the bank with monthly income RM 2,500.

?Patient 3?
Name: Muhammad Aidan (born on 26th May 2017)
Diagnosed: Down syndrome kid, Atrioventricular Septal Defects (AVSD), Atrial Septal Defects (ASD), Ventricular Septal Defects (VSD) and lung bleeding.
Treatment: Surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and Pacemaker installation
Fundraising Amount: RM 105,000

Baby Aidan is a Down syndrome baby, his body turned purple while born and found diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). He was placed in baby incubator for 3days.

He was again sent back to Sungai Petani General Hospital after 2 weeks while his family found his body turning purple and shown weakness. He was after that sent to Penang General Hospital for detail checking after 56days monitoring.

He found diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and required a series of surgeries. He underwent a Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) ligation to close the open PDA to prevent the surplus blood from entering his lung during mid of August while his was having high blood pressure in his lung.

He was thereafter admitted to Sungai Petani General Hospital and with the support of breathing aids. Regrettably, his situation is getting worst and suggested to send to private specialist for immediate surgery.

He went thru the heart surgery on 4th Oct. The total surgery fees cost RM 70,000. One Hope Charity had allocated emergency fund to him for amount of RM 45,000 and the family self-paid for RM 25,000.

Unfortunately, his situation is not getting better after surgery. His lung was having acute bleed and required for medical treatment to prevent blood clots and adjust the blood pressure. Only this treatment itself required approximately RM 30,000. Besides, due to the complication and un-stable condition of baby Aidan, the medical and admission fees had reached up RM 150,000 (inclusive RM 70,000 surgery fees).

If his condition is allowed, he will be implant a pacemaker to control his abnormal heart rhythms during this 4 weeks. A single Pacemaker device cost RM 25,000. All these unexpected complication and the medical fees was far from the amounts that the family can afford.

Meanwhile, Baby Aidan is still required for 4 weeks monitoring in ICU, One Hope Charity will arrange baby Aidan to transfer to Penang General Hospital to ease the increasing medical fees.

Baby Aidan who came from Sungai Petani has 3 elder brothers (15years old, 13years old and 8years old). His father Mohd Nazir (44years old) work as Factory QA Supervisor with monthly income RM 5,000, his mother Fardiah (37years old) is a housewife.

?Patient 4?
Name: Pou Yong Kang (born on 8th Oct 2016)
Diagnosed: Brain Hemorrhage and Vision Loss
Treatment: Surgery to remove the pooled blood
Fundraising Amount: RM 30,000

Baby Yong Kang hit his head during 3 months old and found to have brain haemorrhage and vision loss after examination.

He undergone a surgery to remove the pooled blood in his eye at KL General Hospital on 23rd Feb. However, his vision was not improving after 4months monitoring.

He was again brought to hospital for further checking and found brain haemorrhage. It is believed that the blockage in blood vessel had caused the damage to the nerve fibers that transmit visual information from eyes to the brain. One Hope Charity had earlier allocated RM 50,000 emergency fund to Yong Kang for him to undergo the surgery during June.

He had discharged on 4th July and recovered well, whereas he can turn his body and also looks more cheerful and energetic.

Unfortunately, he was found to have blockage in his brain during last follow up and required for emergency surgery to remove the pooled blood.

Baby Yong Kang who came from Sungai Bakap Kampung Changkat has a 3years old elder brother. His father Mr Pou (53years old) is a lorry driver with monthly income RM 2,000. His mother 23years old is a housewife.

All these unfortunate little life are suffering from different serious illness and required the helps from all the kind hearted public to save their life. The families had authorised One Hope Charity & Welfare Berhad to fully in charge with all the fundraising matter.
