39 years old kindergarten teacher gasp for air when she walks. 28 years old restaurant assistance's hear stops for few seconds. They are young and should be working hard in life but their heart disease relapsed and had affected their lives.

They are from middle-low income families and they are unable to afford a huge amount of medical fees. 39 years old Chee Siew Kuen is lacking of RM50,000 surgery fee and 28 years old Leong Soon Sing is lacking of RM40,000 surgery fee. They hope that they can return to work after their surgery.

?Case 1: Hearts stops for 1-2 seconds everyday. Leong Soon Sing had delayed his surgery for 5 years and his condition is very critical. He requires RM40,000 for surgery.?

28 years old Leong Soon Sing who is from Cheras, KL suffered from proforated heart since he is a child but his condition is not that serious. After his secondary school, he had chosen to start working without continuing his studies. He experienced chest pain when he is around 20 years old and was rushed to hospital.

In 2015, he went to UM hospital due to sickness and was transferred to IJN. His report shows that the hole did not recover but his arteries is shrinking. Doctors suggested him to undergo surgery to fix his perforated heart and arteries. Due to financial issue, he delayed his surgery.

In 2019, doctor had advised him to go for surgery. Early this year, he was gasping for air when he walks home. He felt nub on his chest when he sleeps and his heart rhythm was abnormal. His heart tend to stop for 1 to 2 seconds. As a result, he decided to go for surgery but he is unable to pay for the huge sum of surgery fee.

His father, Leong Kim, 60, had limbs and spinal injuries few years back due to accident and is unable to work. His mother, Tan Siew Lian, 55, is a kitchen assistant. She draws a monthly salary of RM2,000. His eldest sister requires to raise 3 children alone after her husband's death and his 2nd sister are also required to raise her own children.

Leong Soon Sing worked in a restaurant previously. Due to MCO & health issues, he had resigned and can only live on his savings.

?Case 2: 20 years in education industry. 39 years old kindergarten teacher's heart condition deteriorated and was gasping for air. She is still lacking of RM50,000 for surgery?

As she love children, she works as a kindergarten teacher and had given her life in education. Unfortunately, she suffers from heart condition and her condition had deteriorated. She is unable to work and unable to take care of her children now.

Chee Siew Kuen suffers from heart disease since small but her condition did not act up all these while. 2 years ago, she started to experience breathing problem and cough frequently. Her FLI is high.

In August this year, she started to seek for medical attention. She was admitted to IJN in 3rd Oct for surgery. Her medical bill sums up to RM70,000 and his family could only afford RM20,000. She is still lacking of RM50,000.

Chee Siew Kuen's mother passed away when she is a kid and grow up in a single-parent family. She is a kindergarten teacher and drawing a monthly salary of RM2,000. She has a brother who is 36 years old. He works as a mechanic. His brother and sister in law have a 5 months old baby.

Her father Chee Kok Heng, 66, always accompanies her in hospital. He hopes that the generous public can lend a helping hand and save her daughter's life.
