A newly wed couple's firstborn suffers from congenital heart disease and the baby girl urgently requires RM80,000 for surgery.
Nur Aaira Aleesa Binti Muhammad Anuar, 2 months old, who is from Parit Buntar is the firstborn of a newly wed couple who are 24 years old and 23 years old. When her mother was pregnant, everything seems to be normal.
She was born in 26th September and since birth, doctors had diagnosed her with serious congenital heart disease.
23 years old young mother, Nur Adilla Zahira Binti Ibrahim said that when she tries to feed her baby with breast milk, her baby vomited. Nur Aaira's body weight was 2.38kg when she was born but her weight has reduced to 2.2kg. The medical team had stopped feeding the baby with breast milk but using special formulated milk. Besides affecting her weight, she experiences breathing difficulties.
"Our baby is placed in NICU and her whole body is full with tubes. She has been in NICU for 2 months."
Nur Aaira's father, Muhammad Anuar Bin Rostam, 24, is a factory worker who draws a monthly salary of RM1,300. Her mother, Nur Adilla Zahira Binti Ibrahim, 23, was also a factory worker before she was pregnant. She earns a monthly salary of RM1,100. She stopped working after she was pregnant.
They do not have any saving and they are not able to bear the surgery expenses of their baby. As a result, they came forward to seek help from One Hope Charity. As the baby girl's condition is very serious, surgery is required soonest possible to save her life.
