The baby girl’s oxygen level dropped drastically when she was born, and she was rushed to the intensive care unit (ICU). She has been surviving on oxygen supply since then. She also undergone thorough examinations, where the doctor found out that she suffered from severe heart defects, and needed to undergo life-saving surgery immediately. However, she could not receive the surgery at the moment as she is having lung infection. She is undergoing lung treatment and will immediately go for the heart surgery once her situation permits.

One-month-old Dhiya Ayesha Bt Muhamad Yusnazi is a tough baby girl. She has undergone a heart stent implantation surgery merely two weeks after she was born. However, a complicated heart repair surgery which cost RM90,000 is still needed. Her distraught parents are pleading for assistance from all the kind-hearted people, in order to save their daughter.

Little Dhiya Ayesha is from Kodiang in Kedah. Her mother suffered from gestational diabetes and placenta previa during pregnancy. After seven months of pregnancy, She was put on bed rest for 50 days, before she was allowed to go for caesarean section after full-term pregnancy.

She was born on July 12. Her oxygen level dropped drastically when she was born, and was rushed to Kangar Hospital. She has been surviving on breathing aid and she was diagnosed with severe heart disease, namely transposition of the great arteries (TGA), atrial septal defect (ASD) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).

She has undergone balloon atrial septostomy (BAS), or commonly known as heart stent implantation surgery when she was 14 days old. She needs to undergo a heart repair surgery when she recovers from lung infection.

The baby girl is currently admitted in the ICU of Penang Hospital. She is put under breathing aid support, as well as on various types of medicines. She has to go for the heart surgery immediately when her condition gets stable, otherwise she might be in danger.

Her 44-yer-old father Muhamad Yusnazi Bin Mustafar is a farmer with a salary of about RM1,000. Her 41-year-old mother Julaina Azra Binti Ahmad was a cashier with a monthly salary of RM1,800. However, she has not been working since she was seven months pregnant as she was put on bed rest. The couple also have two other children, aged 15 and 11.

After reviewing the case, One Hope Charity decided to raise RM90,000 surgical fee that Little Dhiya Ayesha needs. Her family members agreed to authorise One Hope Charity to take charge of the fundraising and collect donations from the well-wishers on their behalf.
