General Health Screening Carnival & Prevention Care For The Poor (Part 6: Free Blood Screening & Checkup for the Poor) Successfully Completed

The health event was successfully completed. These event was held smoothly on 16th April 2017 (Sunday) with the concerted effort. Meanwhile, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng also announced by donating RM50000-00 to aid and support the underprivileged & vulnerable groups.

The core of this event is to allow and enable the underprivileged group to have the health screening, so that they have the opportunity to understand their physical condition. In addition, these event provided the poor students for free visual inspection and free spectacles as well.

Heath activities indirectly drawn the attention of all races and help thousands of different races, ages of the underprivileged to receive the medical check-up, they concerned for their own health which is also our One Hope Charity centre most focus on.

Several health activities such as blood donation, auditory examination, basic examination (blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI), bone density, breasts and mammogram check-up and also free orthopeadic consultation by specialist from General Hospital. In the presence of government hospital doctors and nurses, everyone can do the test, get health advice.

The whole event was indeed very successful with the help and support rendered by Goverment Hospital, volunteers and also our sponsors.

In addition, we really appreciate and thank you all who have been supporting One Hope Charity, volunteers and sponsors to make the health event can be successfully completed.
