The venue set up, decoration and gift pack packaging was successfully completed with the cooperation of committees, youth league and volunteers a few nights ago.
This is a grand health carnival. Although the event is mainly for the poor and low-income people in Penang and Seberang Perai for blood screening, there are many tests that are open to the public for testing and participation.
