After repeated postponements, the heart surgery is finally confirmed. The baby boy will be undergoing the surgery on Friday (November 5). Please continue to pray for him and we hope that his surgery will be successful.

Ahmad Khalish Bin Ahmad Khairil, a three-month-old baby boy from Padang Serai in Kedah was diagnosed with serious heart disease, namely transposition of the great arteries (TGA), ventricular septal defect (VSD), atrial septal defect (ASD) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). His condition was critical, and the surgery will be carried out on Friday (November 5).

His parents have to travel frequently between the hospital and their house and the baby’s surgery was postponed for three time. The baby was referred from Kulim Hospital to Penang Hospital for detailed examination, and was later transferred to a specialist hospital for surgery. The baby can now undergo the long-awaited surgery, and the RM90,000 surgical fee he needed has been successfully raised. Hence, the fundraising will be stopped immediately.

The baby’s parents were unable to bear the huge amount of surgical fee. Apart from praying for their son, the parents would like to express their gratitude to all the well-wishers who donated, which enabled their son to undergo the life-saving surgery. We wish the baby boy a smooth and successful surgery!
