Chong Xin Yi, a 16-year-old girl from Bukit Mertajam is having a critical condition. She is arranged for scoliosis surgery, but she was found Syringomyelia while doing an MRI test. She underwent surgery and it went smoothly. She is now currently in observation and will be able to return home to celebrate the Lunar New Year after recuperating.
She needs an MRI examination after 3 months. If everything is normal, she will be arranged for scoliosis surgery. The total of RM75,500 for two surgeries has been fully raised, the fundraising will stop immediately.
Her father Chong Boon Pin is very grateful to the generous public. At the same time, he calls on parents to pay more attention to the physical of their children, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible to reduce and avoid the deterioration of the situation.
