Nur Arisha Sofea Binti Mohd Fadli who is from Kayang, Perlis was born on 15th December. She suffers from progressive cyanosis when she was born, and doctor realized that she suffer from congenital heart disease. She was then transferred to Penang general hospital.
At that time, a baby girl who was only one day old had to undergo surgery. The doctor performed extended cardiovascular surgery for her to help her breathe spontaneously. However, after a close examination, the extended cardiovascular surgery was only a temporary solution. She must go to a specialist hospital for cardiovascular repair in the shortest time.
