Dhurgashiini A/P Balachandran, a 12-year-old girl, has always been a quiet girl. However, her scoliosis made her more low self-esteem. The 86-degree curvature of the spine also seriously affected her health.

She underwent scoliosis corrective surgery on February 22 and the operation went smoothly. After 4 days of observation and recuperation, she was in good condition. She was discharged on February 26, went back to Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Her situation is special, she needs to wear a special corrective brace after surgery, which is not included in the surgery fee raised earlier. ONE HOPE CHARITY assisted in the cost of a corrective brace so that she could wear it before she was discharged from the hospital.

Her parents are very relieved to see that their daughter's back is no longer bent and become cheerful. They also thank the public for their donations and encouragement, so that their daughter can successfully undergo scoliosis corrective surgery.
