Chai Kian Yee who suffers from spinal tumour had successfully underwent surgery. His condition is fine now and doctor’s initial diagnosis is cancer. He is optimistic and had been discharged on 11 March. He will be continuing his treatment In Terrenganu.

Chai Kian Yee who is 28 years old came back last year in September from New Zealand. After quarantine, he searched for job. Due to constant backache, he went for checkup and was diagnosed with T12 tumour.

Doctor suggested him to go for surgery but he is short of RM40,000. The fundraising was completed fast and he underwent surgery on 22nd Feb.

After surgery, he recovered well and was allow to return home.

Doctor’s initial diagnosis is that he suffers from spinal cancer. He requires to undergo 5 session of radiotherapy and 6 weeks of chemotherapy.

He is now in Terrenganu and will be having his treatment there. His family wish to thank the generous public who helped him. He will be optimistic to face his upcoming treatment.
