MCO will be starting on 13th Jan 2021 (Wed). One Hope Charity had distributed essential items to 4200 needy families on 10th (Sunday) and this had greatly reduce their burden.

The outbreak of covid-19 continues and the society is greatly affected. This has caused more families to be in distress especially the needy families.

Under the effect of MCO, our annual event has a new method of running. This year, we are unable to organized an event to accumulate everyone to collect the essential items. Hence, we had distributed the items to 40 KADUNs and being distributed to 4200 needy families.

We are unsure that of MCO 2.0 will take place. The outbreak had greatly affected our lives and caused many to lose their jobs, starving and affected their living. As a result, One Hope Charity had distributed essential items to the needy families.

This year, we had increased our quota from 3000 to 4200 packs compared to previous year. Each pack of essential items cost more than RM300.

Up to 1 and a half month of preparation, we had distributed the items to needy families before strict MCO takes place. This can also reduce the burden of the families.

In 2020, the outbreak of Covid-19 had greatly affected the world. Many poor families had been starving as they had lost their income. One Hope Charity hopes that the essential items can assist them through this tough period.

The essential item pack contains dry food and RM50 vouchers. It also contains a prevention kit with a box of face mask, 2 bottles of sanitizer, vitamin C etc.

We hope that the 4200 families can feel the warmth brought by us and we sincerely thank the public who had assisted us.
