ONE HOPE CHARITY solicited public donations to handle the funerals of four deceased people who lived in other states. Following cremation, the ashes were transported to Bukit Mertajam and placed in a columbarium donated by the generous public.

Three of the deceased were lonely elderly people, and the another one was a Burmese Buddhist who left his country and came to Malaysia to work.

After settling the deceased's aftermath, ONE HOPE CHARITY relocated the ashes from other states to the Bukit Mertajam columbarium. On the same day, ONE HOPE CHARITY invited a sifu to transfer the ashes.

Thanks to public donations and columbarium sponsorship, we can assist more needy poor families and orphans with their funeral arrangements. Those who wish to contribute can do so through our Funeral & Burial Assistance fund. This is a long-term emergency assistance program.

If there are any poor or needy who could not afford and manage the funeral for their loved ones, or there are any elderly living alone who are interested in registering for the “Promise of the Last Journey” programme, kindly contact ONE HOPE CHARITY at 016-419 2192, 019-232 2192 or 04-539 9212 for help.
