Loh Wing On, 70, was hit and fled while walking to pick up trash in the early morning. He died as a result of injuries to his vital organs.

He has lived in poverty his entire life, has no means of transportation, and usually picks up trash on foot.

The old man and his wife have two sons and a daughter. The eldest son is a food delivery, and the other son is a kitchen helper in the restaurant. The daughter is married.

He lives with his two sons. The eldest son is married with two kids. When the foundation sent staff to the funeral to support the family, it was discovered that the eldest son was still ordering and delivering meals on the morning of his father's funeral and then rushed back to see his father off for the last time.
