Koh Shun Xin, a girl who left only 20% hearing in her left ear had arranged to undergo cochlear implant surgery after a recent follow-up visit. It is to avoid missing the golden period. Shun Xin performed the implant surgery on the 26th April and everything went well. The parents are very grateful for the donation from the public, so that the daughter can restore her hearing.

Koh Shun Xin, a girl from Klang who was born with an incomplete ear structure and was diagnosed with hearing loss when she was 6 years old. The shortfall of RM83,000 cochlear implant fee has raised completely and thus ONE HOPE CHARITY will stop the fundraising immediately.

Koh Shun Xin, 10-year-old, is a well-behaved girl who is deeply loved by her family members and teachers. Everyone hopes that she can recover her hearing so that hearing is no longer be a stumbling block to her studies.

After a series of examinations, the doctor determined that her left ear is suitable for cochlear implantation. However, the surgery and cochlear implantation cost RM96,000. The family can only afford the cost of the surgery, and the cochlear implantation fee of RM83,000 is required the help from the public.

ONE HOPE CHARITY received many funds from public after fundraising campaign had launched. Also, the funds were quickly raised in a short period.  Koh Shun Xin also successfully underwent cochlear implantation on 26th April.

We hope everyone will continue to pray for the little girl Koh Shun Xin, and hope that she will out from the silent world after the operation.
