Although the country has entered into the transitional from the pandemic to endemic  phase of Covid-19, but One Hope Charity is still very concerned about the needs of the hospitals. Therefore, One Hope Charity has donated a batch of medical equipment and supplies to Kulim Hospital in Kedah to resolve the problem of lack of resources at the hospital.

In the past two years when Covid-19 was raging, One Hope Charity has never stopped its operation. On the contrary, One Hope Charity had a chance to have deeper understanding of the needs of the hospitals, and participated actively in helping to improve the medical systems by donating materials such as medical face masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the medical frontliners to protect them when they are busy fighting against Covid-19. One Hope Charity also donated medical equipment and helped to improve the hospitals’ hardware infrastructure, so that the hospital can provide best and fastest treatment to its patients.

During the initial outbreak of Covid-19, One Hope Charity received help request from Kulim Hospital. After receiving the request, One Hope Charity had sent medical equipment and personal protective equipment to the hospital by stages. And now, One Hope Charity still pays close attention to the needs of the hospital. After a recent donation of a batch of hospital beds to the hospital, One Hope Charity is now donating another batch of medical supplies to the hospital.

The medical supplies include medical sharps bins, syringes, medical pressure regulators, trauma scissors, emergency carts, oxygen cylinder sets, kidney dishes, cool box, urine bag, laryngoscope macintosh sets, male external catheters, PPE, suction catheters, among others. The items were received by the deputy director of Kulim Hospital, Dr Kabirurahman.

Thanks to the general donations from the public so that the hospital can receive assistance it needs. This can help in improving the medical system, which indirectly help the public.
