One Hope Charity’s Vaccination Centre will begin its operation on 26th July (Monday). This is the first NGO vaccine center which is approved by government in Malaysia which operates independently by our own medical team and operation team. It operates 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

One Hope Charity chairman Mr Chua Sui Hau announced the news through an online press conference today. One Hope Charity’s Vaccine Center is set up in Auto City, Juru Shop in D Park. Our main concern when picking the right location is the conveniences of public. The car park is huge enough to accommodate the public who come forward to get their vaccine. I would like to represent One Hope Charity to extend our greatest appreciation to Auto City for lending us the venue.

In the first phase of operation, we will follow the supply rate of vaccine which is 360 dose per day. The number will increase eventually and this can fasten the vaccine rate for Seberang Perai Tengah’s citizen to achieve community immunity.

We received government’s approval letter on 14th July and we are currently in the midst of preparation including preparing the storage of vaccine and other medical equipment. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics and volunteers are all fully covered by One Hope Charity.

We would like to bring to the public’s attention in this online press conference thatOne Hope Charity’s vaccine drive is all based on MySejahtera mobile application’s booking. We urge the public to come forward to get their vaccine according to the location, time and date provided by MySejahtera. We will not accept any walk-in request. This is to protect everyone and increasing the vaccination rate. We hope to have everyone’s cooperation.

As we were told, One Hope Charity belongs to “Provider Type” and we are the first NGO to participate in Program Imunisasi Covid-19 Kebangsaan (PICK).
