After checkup, doctor realized that his cochlear was damaged and is unable to hear. 4 years old Chew Er Wei will have an artificial cochlear implant on the last day of this year (December 31).The remaining cochlear implant surgery fee of RM51,000 has been raised. Thank you for your concerted efforts to bring him out of the world of silent.

Chew Er Wei, 4 years old, who is from Klang was diagnosed with hearing loss when he was one year old. The doctors have now determined that he is suitable for implanting artificial cochlear in his right ear, but he lacks a cochlear implant surgery fee of RM51,000.

One Hope Charity raised this cochlear fee for him. The required fee has been successfully raised in two days.

He is growing up and in this stage, he needs to listen and learn how to speak. The surgery fee cost RM90,000 and the welfare department will cover RM39,000. The remaining balance of RM51,000 requires to help from the generous society.

He is hard of hearing in both ears, can wear a hearing aid in his left ear, and needs an artificial cochlear implant because he is completely deaf in his right ear.

The operation date has been set for the 31st of this month. After all the preoperative procedures are passed, he will perform the operation as scheduled.
