He was originally a healthy and lively baby. Unfortunately, due to his brain injury, he has blood clot in his brain which might cause him losing his vision permanently.
As such, he needs to undergo his brain surgery this Friday, June 30, 2017 to remove the blood clot. Hopefully this surgery can bring him miracle in regaining both his vision permanently.
Chubby and active, 8 months old Little Kang Kang has hurt his brain when he was 3 months old. Although he looks normal from appearance, lately he was not active and has loss his appetite with his milk.
His mother has noticed that he has eyesight problem on movement and lights when he was 4 months old. Specialist was referred and was told that blood clot was found on both his eyes and brain which has effected both his eyes vision.
So on February 23, 2017, Little Kang Kang did his surgery at KL General Hospital to remove his eyes blood clot. Sadly, there was no improvement.
After further checking, they found that the blood clot still remained. He was advised to have another surgery to help him gain back both his vision fully or partially. Without doing so, he will permanently loss both his vision.
Hoping for the best, his family decided to have the surgery which needs RM50,000-00
Staying in Nibong Tebal, Cangkat, Little Kang Kang?s father Pou Joo Heng, 53 years old is a lorry driver earning RM2000-00 monthly, while his mother Neoh Ai Jing, 23 years old is a housewife. He also has a 3 years old elder brother.
His mother has highlighted that she has agreed to let One Hope Charity be their sole fund raiser for her son?s medical expenses. She also emphasizes that she did not request from any others NGO to help in this fundraising.
