One of them has been fighting with the disease for a long time, another baby girl which is only 3 weeks old and doctors have strongly recommended undergoing the surgery. Both of them are in danger situation and urged for your help.
Both of them suffering with Congenital Heart Disease, 6 years old boy Muhammad Hafiz Amysar has been fighting with disease for many years. The new born baby girl Aisha Sofea who is 3weeks old now, is in need of RM 110,000 to undergo the heart surgery.
Patient 1:
Name : Muhammad Hafiz Amysar (born on 11th Mar 2011)
Diagnosis : 1-Situs Inversus 2-Artioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD) 3-Large Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) 4- Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA)
Fundraising : RM 70,000
Hafir diagnosed with above mentioned heart disease since birth. During that period of time, Doctor had confirmed he is required to undergo 3 times of surgery before 6 years old. The family is concern on the surgery fees, thus having to provide additional care for Hafir, by limiting his activity to avoid the complication of heart disease. Although throughout this period of time, he had not been facing any serious complication; however, it does not mean that the disease is cured.
While he is growing, Hafir will have breathing difficulty, with his lips and fingers turn purple after exercise. In order for the condition to subside he has to rest to regain full normality.
During the last follow up, Doctor noticed his heart disease is getting worse and worried that his heart arterial catheters will close off which may cause hypoxia. Thus, they are advising the parents and Hafir to arrange the surgery as soon as possible.
Originally he required 3 times surgery but was postponed till now, thus he required to undergo the complicated Fontan procedures which cost RM 70,000.
Hafiz came from Jerutong Penang, his father Ahmad Firdaus (46years old) work as toll plaza supervisor , his mother Norr Halida (40years old) work as an Accountant. He has 3 elder sisters, 1 brother and 1 younger sister.

Name : Aisha Sofea (born on 18th July 2017)
Diagnosis : 1-Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) 2- Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) 3-Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA)
Fundraising : RM 40,000 (The medical fees required RM 80,000, the family bear for RM 40,000)
The baby girl turn purple at birth. After examining, her two main arteries leaving the heart are reversed and have opposite of a normal healthy anatomy. She is required to undergo the cardiac surgery before turning into 3weeks old.
She is currently admitted at General Hospital and queuing for surgery however there is no specific surgery date given yet. Due to the urgency, family decided to transferred her to private specialist for surgery.
She is currently under monitoring in ICU and being supported with breathing aids. The full surgery required RM 80,000 and the family can only afford to pay RM 40,000. Thus, the family wishes to get help from kind hearted public on the balance of RM 40,000.
Sofea come from Tanah Liat Bukit Mertajam, her father Muhamad Asyrah (30years old) and mother Nor Azila (31years old) both work as an Engineer, she is the first child of the family.
For both of the case, the parents could not afford the child?s surgery fees, thus authorize One Hope Charity to raise the public fund.
