Since birth, he has spent three months in the intensive care unit with the assistance of oxygen. Subsequently, to avoid oxygen deficiency, he was fed through a tube. The child does not exhibit any symptoms, no cyanosis, but there is a symptom of indentation in the diaphragm when breathing.

Due to the child's weak immune system from heart problems, frequent hospitalizations occur due to bacterial infections. Doctors have indicated the need for surgery within two months; otherwise, the child's chances of survival will diminish. However, the exorbitant surgery cost of RM85,000 has left the parents distressed.
