The number of Covid-19 vaccination centres (PPV) have been increasing in Penang. Since late April, a total of 10 PPVs located at all the five districts in Penang, namely North Seberang Perai, Central Seberang Perai, South Seberang Perai, Northeast District and Southwest District had received medical equipment sponsored by One Hope Charity.

A total of 508 units of various medical equipment, with a total value amounting to RM360,000 were donated such as 30 units of vaccine transport containers, 20 units of vital sign monitors, hundred types of various emergency medical equipment trolleys, 58 unit of trolleys, 20 units of basic ward screens, 12 units of oxygen cylinders, 14 units of  IV containers, 4 units of oxygen regulators, 20 units of laryngeal masks, 6 units of mucus suction machines, 40 units of stethoscopes, 84 electronic BP monitors units, 50 units of thermometers, 50 units of wheelchairs, etc.

One Hope Charity team was divided into groups where they went all out to deliver the items to the 10 PPVs in the state. Thanks to all the donors as the medical equipment would not only smoothen the vaccination works but it would also benefit the public.

In April 22, One Hope Charity had officially made an announcement on the donation of RM360,000 worth of medical equipment to 10 PPVs in Penang. A symbolic handing over ceremony was held together with Penang Health Department Director Dr. Asmayani and the ceremony was witnessed by Chief Minister YAB Chow Kon Yeow.
