Representatives from the hotel industry, education sector, and entertainment industry have demonstrated their generosity ahead of the Lunar New Year and during the festive period by contributing to the charity fund of One Hope Charity.

Iconic Hotel, a renowned hotel, raised funds by selling limited edition dolls and officially handed over RM5000 on the eve of the Lunar New Year. The donation was personally presented to One Hope Charity chairman, Dato' Chua Sui Hau, by the hotel's Sales and Marketing Director, Ms. Bee Ai, and Marcom Manager, Ms. Amelia Teng.

Additionally, Penang-based Sentral College, with a 22-year history, contributed RM1500 during their Chinese New Year gathering at the building. The donation was handed over by the college's director, Loong Kok Poay, and CEO, Chiang Geok Lian, in the presence of Deputy Finance Minister Lim Hui Ying.

Notably, Hong Kong-based entertainment company, Glamourous Pictures Group Limited, after understanding and acknowledging One Hope Charity's operation model, visited us personally and donated RM5050. The chairman of the group, contributed to various projects including administrative operating expenses, food aid, medical equipment assistance, funeral expenses, and emergency medical funds, thereby contributing to the creation of a compassionate society.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to these corporate entities for their philanthropic spirit and assure them that their donations will be utilized for those truly in need, fulfilling our commitment to honor the trust placed in us by these organizations.

Furthermore, One Hope Charity has been certified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) for tax-exempt donations since 2021. Individuals who donate RM50 and above can apply for tax exemption receipts. Donations can be made easily through the One Hope Charity app or the official website www.onehopecharity.org, with receipts promptly emailed to donors.
