Choong Lean Seong, a 62-year-old man from Bukit Mertajam, frequently experiences abdominal pain. He was revealed to have a prolapsed small intestine after the examination. The doctor instructed him not to lift heavy goods and to avoid excessive walking. He is currently unable to work while awaiting a scheduled surgery in the hospital. ONE HOPE CHARITY assisted him with dried food to get over his temporary challenges.

Lean Seong sells ice cream and makes coffee. Recently, he has frequently had abdominal pain, which was confirmed by a doctor's examination to be small intestine prolapse. His wife has died, and he has minimal touch with his two children. He is now receiving Welfare Department support, so he applies for dry food aid from ONE HOPE CHARITY.

After receiving the request for help, ONE HOPE CHARITY sent team to home visit, and later approved the provision of food aid.
