After suddenly collapsing while riding his motorcycle by the roadside, the 64-year-old man was diagnosed with a stroke after undergoing examinations at the hospital. Following a month of treatment and observation, he has now been granted permission to be discharged.

Mustafa Bin Osman, hailing from Bukit Mertajam, is conscious but unable to eat or attend to his own needs. He relies on milk powder for nutritional intake and requires diapers on a daily basis.

Every month, he must make regular visits to four different hospitals for check-ups and physical therapy. Unfortunately, his wife passed away four years ago, and he is left with six children. The eldest son succumbed to colon cancer six years ago, leaving the remaining five children to take turns caring for their father and bearing the daily expenses.

Upon receiving the application from the children, One Hope Charity conducted a home visit and assessment, ultimately deciding to provide assistance in the form of milk powder and diapers to alleviate the children's financial burden.
