Single mother Noorlatifah Binti Hamzah (37 years old) is facing difficulties due to a non-healing left foot wound caused by diabetes, which has left her unable to work temporarily. She has a 7-year-old child who is non-verbal, and she is concerned about her child's ability to use the restroom at school. She has applied to One Hope Charity for assistance with diapers and food to alleviate their hardship.

Noorlatifah resides in a wooden house in Kepala Batas, Penang, and is currently raising her 7-year-old son as a single parent after her divorce. Her child is non-verbal and faces challenges in communication. She worries that her child may not be allowed to use the restroom at school, so she sends him to school wearing diapers.

Noorlatifah has a foot wound that won't heal, and she visits the nearby government clinic daily for wound care. Her inability to work due to her condition has resulted in a loss of income, causing financial hardship for her family. She has sought assistance from the foundation for food supplies and diapers to ease their burden.

Upon receiving the request for assistance, the One Hope Charity conducted a home visit, and the board approved assistance for food supplies and the necessary diapers for the child to help them through this challenging period.
