The elderly Chinese man died in the hospital, and his body went unclaimed. ONE HOPE CHARITY gathered donations to provide the elderly man with a coffin and all funeral arrangements.

69-year-old Low Chin Hong was sent to the hospice ward of Bukit Mertajam Hospital due to liver cancer and no one to take care of him. His condition deteriorated recently, and he died as a result. The hospital entrusted ONE HOPE CHARITY with handling the old man's funeral arrangements after he unsuccessfully asked his family to claim the body in the newspaper.

ONE HOPE CHARITY can make good use of donations to deal with the aftermath of these helpless old people when they are needed, thanks to the public's continuous donations.

If there are any poor or needy who could not afford and manage the funeral for their loved ones, or there are any elderly living alone who are interested in registering for the “Promise of the Last Journey” programme, kindly contact ONE HOPE CHARITY at 016-920 2920, 016-419 2192 or 04-539 9212 for help.
