An 84-year-old woman, Low Yoke Ha, who had no family to care for her, was left in a government nursing home after receiving treatment at a hospital several years ago.

She recently passed away in her sleep, and the nursing home's staff discovered her lifeless body during their bedtime check. Medical professionals confirmed her passing. ONE HOPE CHARITY was contacted by the Welfare Department, and they coordinated with local funeral services to provide a casket, cremation, recitation of prayers, and the purchase of a niche for her ashes. Donations from the community were gathered to support this effort.

Thank you to the generous donations from the public on regular days, which enable us to assist needy families and elderly individuals with their end-of-life arrangements at any time.
