"I sought help everywhere but received no response. Fortunately, I encountered ONE HOPE, willing to handle my application. Despite facing ridicule from others, I know those who mock cannot help me. I want to thank those who donated through ONE HOPE, regardless of race, for your assistance."

Hafizah Binti Hussin, a 37-year-old woman from Sungai Petani, Kedah, was diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer in 2019. After various treatments, she required regular follow-ups. However, in June of this year, she was hospitalized due to difficulty breathing. Examination revealed fluid accumulation in her left lung, and a relapse of cancer cells was diagnosed. She needed oral chemotherapy drugs to suppress cancer cell growth, but the expensive medication left her in a financial bind.

Despite facing numerous challenges, driven by a strong will to survive for her child, Hafizah only hopes to accompany her child's growth and maintains a positive attitude.

With the necessary medical expenses raised, she is deeply grateful for the assistance from the public, transcending racial boundaries, and her greatest hope is to be able to be with her child as they grow up. Thank you all for giving her a chance to spend more time with her child.
