"Thank you everyone! We are grateful beyond words for all the assistance, prayers, and well wishes from the community for our daughter. We hope that in the future, we will have the means to help others in need."

Upon successfully raising the necessary medication funds for their daughter Harini a/p Kananbathi, mother Gayatri a/p Devaraji's eyes welled up with tears of gratitude as she continuously offered her thanks with folded hands. With the medication expenses covered, Harini will soon be able to begin her treatment, starting with intravenous medication.

ONE HOPE CHARITY extends its gratitude to the kind-hearted individuals from all walks of life who contributed to Harini's medication fund and offered their blessings. It is our hope that she regains her health soon, returns to school, and that her family can find relief.

At the age of 16, Harini fell ill three years ago and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Her weight plummeted from 64kg to a mere 41kg. She was on medication until the second half of 2022 when her family believed she had recovered. However, her condition relapsed at the beginning of this year, and with only the income of the family's breadwinner who works as a factory laborer, they struggled to afford the RM73,000 required for a two-year supply of medication.
