Ho Chee Sieong, 52, discovered that his right foot had been amputated upon awakening.  He didn't blame anyone, but he felt down and worried about losing the ability to care for himself. He anticipates being able to walk and take care of himself once the wound has healed after the prosthesis has been fitted. In order to be independent and support himself with his hands, he also wants to go back to work.

He is extremely appreciative of ONE HOPE CHARITY for helping him pay for the nursing home, prosthetics, and wound cleaning because he is aware of his predicament and realises that he cannot take care of himself after the amputation, and his older sister cannot take care of him. He is also appreciative of the kindness and generosity of the general public, which have helped him gradually adjust to life after an amputation.

Half a year ago, Ho Chee Sieong's ankle was swollen and painful. It was confirmed that there was pus inside after seeking medical advice. He spent several months cleaning the wound after the operation to remove the abscess, but he was still unable to avoid amputation.
