"Thank you for helping me correct my spine. I am truly grateful and promise to work hard in my studies. In the future, I will give back to society and help those in need, just like how everyone helped me before."

Koo Yen Tong, who had a scoliosis of 47 degrees, has successfully undergone corrective surgery. The surgery took approximately two hours, and Yen Tong's recovery progress has been good. She was able to start moving around on the first day after the surgery and was discharged to go home for rest two days later.

Now, at 16 years old, Yen Tong can walk upright, and her height has increased by 2 centimeters after the surgery. Seeing her daughter regain her health, her mother, Lee Kar Ling, once again extends her gratitude to the public.

Yen Tong's scoliosis issue affected her daily activities and schoolwork, necessitating urgent corrective surgery costing RM 50,000. However, her mother could only gather RM 10,000 from savings and her own efforts, leaving a remaining medical bill of RM 40,000. Therefore, they decided to seek assistance from One Hope Charity.
