Long-awaited news for the twin brothers, Lee Ting Feng and Lee Rong Hao!

According to the latest hearing reports, Lee Rong Hao, the younger brother, faced severe difficulties even with hearing aids, unable to capture certain pitches. Consequently, he has been prioritized for surgery on November 29, with the implantation of a cochlear implant. As for the elder brother, Lee Ting Feng, the surgery date is expected to be scheduled on December 5 or 6, subject to availability in the operating room.

With the required funds of RM342,190 already raised, the fundraising campaign has been concluded. The parents express deep gratitude to ONE HOPE CHARITY and the public for their assistance, enabling their children to escape the fate of deafness.

The parents also pledge to take good care of their children, ensuring regular speech therapy sessions for the children to grasp pronunciation and vocalization during the critical period after hearing sounds.

The twin brothers, Lee Ting Feng and Lee Rong Hao, from Ipoh, Perak, have reached the age of three. Despite their lively and active demeanor, they lack language, text, and sound in their world because both are hearing-impaired. The parents, heartbroken but determined, sought medical advice and were advised to consider cochlear implant surgery, offering a renewed sense of hope in their lives.

Thanks to the generosity of the public, not only will the children hear the beautiful sounds of the world, but there is also hope to change the future and destiny of these two children. The parents look forward to their children growing up healthy and safe under the care and love of family and society.
