57-year-old Lim Coke Wah, who suffers from Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), a rare disorder, is currently under observation in the intensive care unit after completing a 5-day antibody therapy.

Doctors have informed the family that if the patient can breathe independently, he will be discharged; otherwise, a tracheostomy may be required. If the condition improves, he will be transferred to a government hospital for further observation.

With the RM70,000 medical expenses that were still lacking, the family is deeply grateful for the generous donations from the public. They do not want to burden the community's resources unnecessarily and are genuinely appreciative of the public's help in helping them get through this difficult time.
