9-year-old Yeoh Qi Fong is a cheerful boy whose smile shines like sunshine, capable of uplifting those around him. However, since birth, he has been afflicted with cerebral palsy, rendering him unable to walk or stand for long periods. His mother tirelessly accompanies him to spasticity centers every day for learning and physical therapy, all in the hope of enabling him to become more self-sufficient.

Five years ago, the boy received a wheelchair through a charitable organization, but as he continued to grow, it no longer fit him properly. Last August, the learning center provided him with a pair of ankle-foot orthoses to help him stand and walk. Currently, he can only take a few steps with assistance and still relies on a custom wheelchair for mobility.

His 57-year-old father runs a small iron factory, earning around RM 3500 per month, working tirelessly to provide a stable income for the family. His mother is a housewife who not only cares for the boy but also selflessly contributes to the family without expecting anything in return. The boy has two older brothers; the 21-year-old helps at his father's factory, while the 18-year-old has just completed his secondary education.

Upon receiving the request for assistance, the ONE HOPE CHARITY dispatched representatives to conduct a home visit. The board decided to provide the boy with a new custom wheelchair to facilitate his transportation to school and medical appointments.
