A 65-year-old single woman who was at home accidentally fell and became unconscious. She was taken to the hospital for emergency care and recovered consciousness. She was unable to move, so she was forced to rely on her younger, also single siblings. ONE HOPE CHARITY provided diapers and medications for cleaning wounds to reduce the burden on younger siblings.

Oo Moy Geok, from Butterworth, went into a coma after falling at home last year. She regained consciousness after being rushed to the hospital for treatment. Her mind was clogged at the time. She was admitted to the hospital for observation for a month before being released.

Since the fall, the woman was unable to move, so she took refuge with her younger siblings. The younger sister had a job, but was forced to resign in order to take care of her older sister. The whole family lived on the meager income of her younger brother.

After the home visit and review, ONE HOPE CHARITY decided to provide diapers and medications for cleaning wounds to reduce the financial burden of younger brothers and sisters.
