Thuraipandian A/L Kandiah (27 years old), an Indian male, met with a motorcycle accident in Kuantan last year, resulting in paralysis on the left side of his body. After spending 22 days in the hospital, he was discharged and sent to his brother's residence in Penang for recuperation, with plans to continue follow-up treatments in a hospital in Penang. Currently, he is conscious but can only consume milk through a feeding tube. He is being cared for by his wife and elderly mother, and they have a 3-year-old child together.

The family's expenses are currently being handled by the eldest and second eldest brothers. Their elderly mother, who also lives with them, has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer and has undergone surgical removal, currently managing the condition with medication. To alleviate the family's financial burden, Thuraipandian's mother applied to the ONE HOPE CHARITY for assistance with food supplies and a hospital bed to facilitate the care of the patient.

Upon receiving the request for help, ONE HOPE CHARITY conducted a home visit and the committee approved the provision of a hospital bed and food supplies to the family.
