Thank you for helping me when my life was in danger. This is my pocket money, and now I can only donate a little bit. I hope that in the future, when I start working, I can donate to help more people, just like you helped me."

Muhammad Akiff Zamani bin Rosmani, from Perak, was diagnosed with congenital heart disease at the age of 8 months. He underwent surgery to implant a pacemaker and grew up safely thereafter.

However, last October, during a school assembly, he suddenly collapsed. It was discovered that the battery of his pacemaker had depleted and needed urgent replacement surgery. Ignoring the situation would have risked heart failure at any moment.

Unable to afford the expenses, his parents sought assistance from our foundation. Muhammad Akiff Zamani underwent surgery to replace the pacemaker battery on November 6th and safely recovered after the critical and observation periods, being discharged on November 10th.

Before the start of the school term, his parents brought Muhammad Akiff Zamani to visit One Hope Charity, where he handed over a handwritten thank-you card. He expressed gratitude for the emergency assistance from the community, which enabled him to undergo surgery during a critical time.

On that day, Muhammad Akiff Zamani also made a small donation from his saved pocket money, hoping that this small act of kindness could continue to be passed on.
