Nahzatusshima Kamarudin and her spouse Jessri Hazril's kidney transplant surgery expenses were successfully raised with the help of the generous public!  The couple also scheduled to undergo a series of tests to prepare for the upcoming surgery.

The couple is very appreciative of the public's desire to provide a helping hand so they can carry out the procedure as they see fit.

After undergoing the kidney transplant, Nahzatusshima stated that she hoped to give back to the community by teaching people more about kidneys disease. According to Nahzatusshima, the majority of medical information in her area focuses on cancer, while kidney-related information is slightly lacking.

She also wants to use her experience to motivate other renal patients. She disclosed that she used to play with a child who is currently living in the UK. She had previously experienced kidney issues. She fortunately received a sizable kidney gift and underwent the procedure quickly. She was moved by this and realised how difficult it is to perform kidney transplants locally. The fact that there are not many organ donors and that the waiting period for a kidney donation is lengthy is one of the contributing causes.

48-year-old Nahzatusshima has undergone kidney dialysis for 12 years. After her husband’s kidney was tested, the report showed that his kidney was suitable for transplantation to his wife, but needed RM150,000 for a live transplant surgery.

ONE HOPE CHARITY is grateful to the public for their generous donations to the couple, and to extend a helping hand to them in time, so that the husband and wife can hold hands and grow old together and continue to accompany their children.
