Every aspect is prepared. During the past two years of the MCO, Poh Bee Lean, a 50-year-old kidney dialysis patient, and Goh Kooi Hwa, her 54-year-old best friend, have undergone a series of tests, and the results have shown that her best friend's kidneys are suitable for donation.

They have also all undergone numerous interviews with medical professionals, and they are all psychologically prepared. They are currently waiting for the hospital to schedule the transplantation date.

Poh Bee Lean and Goh Kooi Hwa both underwent psychological training and interviews in an effort to put an end to illegal activities like organ trafficking. Doctors were only willing to perform kidney transplants on them after determining their willingness to donate and accept organs. They can no longer afford the RM120,000 transplant fee because just the cost of the various exams has cost them RM20,000.

Since the blood types of the two are different, Poh Bee Lean needs to undergo 7 packs of plasma exchange, which are all extra charges.

As the two's expenses have been fully covered, they are not only grateful for the public's assistance, but also promise to continue working hard and making contributions to society after obtaining health, and will also donate to help those in need.

Poh Bee Lean, who lives in Kuantan, Pahang, is not in pain or discomfort, but during her follow-up visit, she was told that only 4% of her kidney function remained and that she needed dialysis. She has suffered greatly as a result of dialysis for more than a year.
