17-year-old Sim Jun Ee from Penang has experienced the divorce of his parents. In order to reduce the burden on his mother, he chose to drop out of school during the epidemic and work outside to earn money for self-sufficiency. After the operation, he hopes to return to school to learn a skill. He is interested in baking, barista work, and computer design and intends to enrol in related courses after recovering from surgery.

Jun Ee's surgery date has been set. The required surgery fee has been fully raised, Jun Ee and his family are also grateful to the general public for their assistance.

He was well aware that his protruding shoulder blades were mistaking him for a hunchback. He always wore a T-shirt and a jacket to cover up his protruding shoulder blades in order to avoid attracting strange looks from others. He is afraid to exercise, even simple running and jumping, because of his side-curved spine and protruding abdominal bones. After the operation, he hopes to resume his normal life.

Thank you for the public's heartwarming and kind deeds, which allowed this teenager to pursue his dream. Please keep blessing him and praying for a successful operation!
