1. This is an urgent case. 8 days old baby girl requires to undergo heart surgery to stay alive.

Nur Arisha Sofea Binti Mohd Fadli who is from Kayang, Perlis was born on 15th December. She suffers from progressive cyanosis when she was born, and doctor realized that she suffer from congenital heart disease. She was then transferred to Penang general hospital. Surgery had been performed on her once she reached to allow her to breath on her own.

The baby girl was normal when her mother was pregnant. Her mother was rushed to hospital when she was 36 weeks pregnant as her water had broken. She underwent c-section due to the baby's size is big.

After the baby girl was born, her body was purplish. She was then rushed to incubator. After checkup, doctor diagnosed her with congenital heart disease. Surgery had been performed but her condition did not improve.

Doctor stated that her heart are required to be fixed in the shortest time available. If surgery is not performed, she will pass away anytime.

Her father, Mohd Fadzli Bin Fazir, 35, is a security guard. He draws a monthly salary of RM1,800 including incentive. Her mother, Juliana Binti Mansor, 38, is a housewife. She had an 8 year old child with her ex-husband and is currently staying with her.

Her mother came to our service centre to seek for help on the 3rd day after birth. She knows that she had to be tough in facing this issue. The baby girl's surgery cost RM80,000. As this amount is huge, her family is unable to bear the expenses.
