25-year-old man, Liew Yi How from Kepong in Kuala Lumpur, needs a cochlear implant in his left ear. The shortfall of RM30,000 in medical expenses has been successfully raised. His cochlear implant is tentatively scheduled for 21 April.

Although Yi How suffers from hearing impairment, he does not feel inferior or lacking self-confidence. However, he feels bad as his friends who talk to his need to repeat the conversations many times due to his hearing problems. Therefore, he hopes to improve his hearing, so that he will not cause trouble to others, and at the same time, he can be more self-reliant.

Now, the RM30,000 he needs for the cochlear has been raised. He is not only grateful to the public for lending the helping hands but also promises that he will also try hard to adapt to the sounds around him and continue to learn so that he will never disappoint the public who has offered assistance.
