He is a pity baby. Since birth, he has congenital heart disease, single kidney, no anus, undeveloped penis & testes. Since birth, he underwent surgery which includes colon surgery & PA Banding. The PA banding is causing him problems and he urgently requires RM65,000 for surgery.

Mohamad Afiq Daniel, 9 months old, requires to undergo surgery to repair his heart and other continuous treatment. Towards the road of recover, he still needs to undergo many treatments.

The couple who is from Sungai Petani had no children after 11 years of marriage. One day, the wife felt pain in her stomach and went for checkup. Her checkup results show that she was 5 months pregnant. The couple were rejoiced by the news.

When she was 8 months pregnant, she suppose to go for ultrasound but she suddenly had terrible pain. After checkup, doctor realized that she is ready to give birth with 8cm opening. She gave birth to Mohamad Afiq Daniel through C-section.

The couple were happy to welcome their baby but after checkup, doctor brought bad news to the couple. Doctor diagnosed the baby with congenital heart disease and many other birth defects.

When the baby was 20 days old, he underwent colon surgery. When he was 2 months old, he underwent bypass surgery and artery surgery. After surgery, he still suffers from progressive cyanosis and his SPO2 is still low. He was transferred to specialist hospital and doctor said that another surgery are required to repair the perforated heart and inserting a pace maker. The surgery fees cost RM65,000.

After completing his heart surgery, he will be transferred back to Alor Setar hospital for other surgery.

The couple was married for 11 years without any children. They adopted a 6 year old daughter and is being taken care by her grandmother. They worked hard to support their family.

The baby boy's father, Ahmad Noor Baha Bin Yatim, 40, is a factory technician. He draws a monthly salary of RM1764. His mother, Norhabibah Binti Man, 33, is a factory operator. She draws a monthly salary of RM1474. They have no other options than seeking help from One Hope Charity.
