They suffers from congenital heart disease since birth and had underwent surgery previously. While they are growing up, their arteries had shrunk and their heart's condition is deteriorating. They require heart surgery so that they can stay alive. 10 months old Yap Jia Xing requires RM70,000, 1 year old Nur Anis Zulaikha requires RM70,000 and 14 years old Nurul Ain Syuhada requires RM90,000 for surgery. Thus huge amount are not able to be paid their family respectively. They hope that the generous society can lend a helping hand and providing them another chance in live.

Yap Jia Xing who is from Ampang, KL was diagnosed with heart disease when his mother was 6 months pregnant. In 16th Nov 2019, he was born with progressive cyanosis. He was then being treated.
One Hope Charity had run a fundraising on December last year to assist the baby to accumulate his surgery fund. After surgery, he was discharged healthily on 16th December 2019. He will still turn purplish when he cries.
In August this year during checkup, doctors realized that his arteries is shrinking and requires surgery. His mother told that he still experiencing breathing difficulties.
His father, Yap Teck Fah, 30, is a construction worker. Due to work problem, he quieted his job and started working as a chef in a cruise. He draws a monthly salary of RM4,000. His mother, Kok Phui Yi, 30, is a housewife. The baby is the first born of the couple.

Nurul Ain Syuhada who is from Sungai Petani, Kedah was a normal baby girl when she was born. When she was 2 months old, her jaundice index did not decrease. After check-up, she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease with perforated heart. She underwent heart surgery when she was 2 months old.
She grew up healthily but in May this year, she starts to experience chest pain. She requires to undergo surgery to fix her heart problem within 2 months.
Doctors told her parents that she needs to undergo surgery when she was 5 years old. But due to her weight and heart condition, her surgery was delayed. When she was 8 years old, her surgery was again delayed as her condition was moderate. She faces breathing difficulties now and urgent surgery is needed to save her.
Her father, Mohd Yusri, 37, is a truck driver who draws a monthly salary of RM2,000. Her mother, Sharifah, 36, is a housewife. The couple has 4 children who is 14 year sold, 12 years old, 5 years old and 5 months old respectively.

Nur Anis Zulaikha who is from Pendang, Kedah was born on 29th Sept 2019. Her body turned purplish when she drinks milk and was rushed to Penang general hospital for check-up.
After checkup, she was diagnosed with DORG, TGA, VSD and ASD. She looks healthy but her condition is fatal without surgery. One Hope Charity had initiated a fundraising on Oct 2019. After 2 surgeries, she was discharged on 26th Oct.
During checkup this year, doctor found out that the baby girl's has breathing difficulties. Doctors also realized that her pulmonary arteries is shrinking and requires urgent surgery.
Her father, Mohd Shafizuan, 25, is a house repairman in a village. He draws a monthly salary of RM1,500. Her mother, Nor Syamimi, 26 is a housewife. She is the firstborn of the couple
