The girl with a rare single ventricle defect has completed the second surgery. She successfully underwent Bilateral Glenn Shunt on June 9, which is to connect the superior vena cava to the pulmonary artery, which has provided blood flow to the lungs. At the same time, the PDA stand has also been removed.

The girl was out of the dangerous period after being observed in ICU and transferred to the general ward to recuperate. On June 17, she recovered and was discharged from the hospital.

Nur Aisyah Khadeeja bt Mohd Syaarani, a 1-year-old girl from Sungai Petani, Kedah, has been diagnosed with a rare heart disease that causes her to suffer from hypoxia at any time. She had an operation when she was one month old, and now she has a second operation at the age of 1. The surgery kept her alive.
