The doctor has identified suitable artificial cochlea for both ears, but the family is short of RM92,600 for their treatment. The family hopes that the public can help their son to walk on a path of life full of sounds and music.

At the age of two, Rayden still could not speak single word at all. After a medical check-up, it was discovered that Rayden was infected with CMV, which completely loses his hearing abilities. After undergoing cochlear implant surgery, the electronic cochlea was turned on at his birth date and is time to say goodbye to the silent world.

Rayden underwent cochlear implant surgery on 11 May 2020, and his progress was incredibly good after the operation. The doctor approved him to be discharged from the hospital on the 13 May 2020. Rayden’s cochlea will be ‘turn on’ on 28 May 2020, which is the day of his 2 years old birthday.

By January 2021, Rayden was 18 months old. Yet he was not able to call out his parents. After a medical check-up, they found out the caused his complete hearing loss was that he had a CMV infection, and one of the sequelae of the infection is hearing loss. Fortunately, he is able to listen after install electronic cochlea.

Rayden is a luck boy. The total cost of cochlear implants for both ears is RM144,600. One of the kind people willing to sponsored RM75,000 for Rayden. The remaining medical cost of RM92,600 also completely raised in a short period after One Hope Charity launched a fundraising campaign.

Currently waiting for the electronic cochlea to be "turn on" on the 28 May 2020. After that, Rayden finally can hear the voice from the world.
